Being comfortable, with familiar surroundings may actually speed the recovery process. Focus Family Care can provide in-home RN’s and LPN’s for all of your in home elderly care needs in Florida. We service the West Palm Beach and surrounding areas of Florda.
Hours of Operation
OFFICE HOURS: Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except during company holidays.
AFTER HOURS COVERAGE: We provide 24 hour on-call service, 7 days a week to ensure that you receive necessary home care services. In case of a medical emergency, go to the nearest hospital emergency room or call Emergency Medical Services (911).
WEATHER CONDITIONS: In the event of a natural disaster, inclement weather or emergency, we have an emergency plan to continue necessary patient services. We will make every effort to continue home care visits to our patients, including those who live in assisted living facilities or adult family care home. However, the safety of our staff must be considered. When roads are too dangerous to travel, our staff will try to contact you by phone to let you know that they are unable to make your visit today. If you relocate to a special needs shelter or other location, we will make every effort to provide the same home care services you received at your prior location.
